"If you need to relax, this is a great place to start. The cabin was VERY clean and well stocked. The hosts checked on us to see if we needed anything. A kind and caring couple that shared their beautiful view of the lake with us. "

"The cabin was cozy and had everything any of the four of us could ever imagine. Down to toothpicks and shampoos for men and women. A hair dryer, and an iron and ironing board. We were greeted in the driveway by Captain Dave, who asked if we needed anything before even entering the cabin. What accommodations! A pool table, 3 bedrooms to choose from, all equally comfortable as the next. If you read the details on his site you won’t b surprised about anything. I see that the people that rated the cabin less than perfect either didn’t know how to read, or were never going to be satisfied anywhere. We will definitely stay with ada e and Angie any time we come back. Because I can’t imagine how anywhere else would even compare! "

"The home was great for conversations with several areas to explore and was decorated for the holidays! As some have mentioned, the driveway is steep, but not an issue with normal weather. There is a grocery store and several good restaurants within a 5 to 10 mile drive. The area was nice and quiet! "

"I was disappointed in this property. I have rented several log style cabins in the area and this one rates very low for the higher cost. I booked this property only because of its avalability and location. If it worked out, there was potential for repeated bookings. Perhaps when the marina area is not closed, it would be worth the money? Simple things like not having mold on shower curtains, a deep clean on baseboards and rafters, providing more than one dishwasher tab, a second roll of paper towels, etc would help immediately. With the current kitchen layout, I would not want an extended stay. They bedroom layouts were fine and the host was responsive once I made initial contract."

"Cabin was perfect for our needs! Paved driveway made it very easy to enter and exit with motorcycles. Our favorite part of the property was the fenced backyard with firepit. The gaming console was an added bonus!"
