「ディナーも朝食ブッフェもサービスが遅くてスタッフも笑顔が少なく気もききません。客が多い週末は特にそうでした。料理の質が朝夕ともに最高レベルだっただけに残念でした。 ５泊しましたが週末に限らずファミリーが多く、子供たちが走り回っていて騒々しかったです。ホテルのせいではありませんが。 部屋もパブリックスペースも大変ゆったりしていて落ち着けました。 周辺には自然がいっぱい。軽い山歩きや散策には最高の環境でした。」

「Amazing! Was there 2 nights and still didn't experience the whole place. Will absolutely come back! Highly recommend the stay and the food was divine. I would recommend brushing up on your German as there were few English speakers (though those that did were very accommodating) and signage was not very direct. A must see/stay! 」

「I recently stayed at Active Hotel, and I cannot praise it enough! The staff was incredibly nice, helpful, and friendly throughout my stay. The location was simply amazing, and the views were breathtaking. But what impressed me the most was the bed; it was hands down one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. And let's not forget the stunning pool - an absolute delight. I had an unforgettable experience and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a perfect getaway.」
