The Space:
Perched high above Bat Yam in a modern residential tower, this bright apartment offers a peaceful and comfortable stay near the coast. Large windows fill the space with natural light and open views, while the nearby beach, cafés, and local shops make exploring the area easy. Inside, the layout feels relaxed and thoughtfully designed for both quiet downtime and shared moments.

The apartment includes four welcoming bedrooms, including a private master suite for extra comfort. Each room features a clean, modern style with comfortable beds that invite a good night’s rest. Soft lighting and uncluttered surroundings help create a calm and restful atmosphere.

The home offers 2.5 bathrooms, giving everyone plenty of space to get ready with ease. The bathrooms are designed with simple, modern finishes and a practical layout. An in-unit washer and dryer are also available, adding extra convenience during your stay.

Other Things to Note:
1. Animals - It is forbidden to bring animals; our apartments are not suitable for this.

2. Smoking - Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. The apartment has a sunny terrace where you can smoke. Of course, while smoking, the cigarette must be put out and extinguished in an ashtray.

3. Parties - The apartments are not intended for mass events or celebrations of any kind.

4. Age Requirement – The minimum age requirement for this property is 30 years old. Reservations that do not meet this requirement may be canceled.

5. The price indicated on the website is for tourists / foreign residents. Without the tourist visa permit, an additional VAT of 18% will be charged on the total booking price. We will not be able to release the full arrival instructions without this payment.
For tourists to avoid this charge, please provide the following:
- Non-Israeli passport
- B2 entry permit (blue or green small note from the airport)
- The reservation name and photo must match the passport and entry permit.

6. Same-Day Booking Policy – Thursdays & Fridays
Please note that same-day, last-minute reservations for Thursdays and Fridays are only accepted until 10:00 AM on the day of arrival.
If you wish to check in on a Thursday or Friday, your reservation must be made no later than 10:00 AM that same day. Bookings made after this cutoff time cannot be accommodated.

We recommend booking in advance to secure your stay.

7. Weekend Reservations – Damage Deposit
For reservations with a stay of less than 3 nights and check-in on a Thursday or Friday, a refundable damage deposit of ₪5,000 is required.
This deposit helps ensure the apartment is well cared for throughout your stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
