A 5-10 minute drive will take you to shopping malls, the marina, and Herzliya's train station, and in 20-25 minutes you're in Tel-Aviv's center. This area is one of Israel's most prestigious and sought-after locations, called Herzliya Pituah, where you enjoy peaceful surroundings while staying close to the center of attention.
Getting Around:
The apartment offers a private parking spot in the building's underground lot, a rare convenience for beachfront properties in Israel. Paid street parking and nearby parking lots are also available. Bus stations, just a 5-8 minute walk away, provide easy access to lines heading to Herzliya's train station in about 15 minutes.

2️⃣ Swimming pool availability is subject to the decisions of the building's management; therefore, exact opening and closing dates may vary based on their decisions and the weather. Generally, the swimming pool operates seasonally—from April through October.
* Late check-out on Saturdays (Motzei Shabbat) is available for an additional fee.

* Loud music or noise is not permitted at any time.
* On the day of arrival, access to the pool is not permitted before the official check-in time.
