Stayed for the first time visiting the Sidmouth folk festival. On arrival initial impressions were very good.
However, room very disappointing. Heavily Stained carpet and desk chair, bathroom ceiling and shower head mouldy, bath handles rusty, bath side not fitting. Spoke to reception unable to offer another room as full. However car park only 1/3 full.
Breakfast mediocre. Awaiting contact from manager.
