"The only let down was the evening bar staff. They were always busy which lead to them being rather grumpy. I travelled with 2 infirm adults but I was only allowed to get 2 drinks and had to re-queue again to get my own. "

So due to the poor sleep and backpain we started the vacation not in the best way. The next day the bed was replaced with a new one.
