「The apartment is very central. Interior looks very new, stylish. Parking might be a headache, as there is in front of the apartment a large Spa/Tennis court that absorbs some visitors by car. I recommend to park the car no later than 9 am to find easily a parking lot.」

「The property overlooks the Charco de San Gines with great views across the water and waterfront.
