"I have no complaints about this hotel, very centrally located, clean, updated, very friendly to international travelers. Check in desk was english friendly (and friendly overall), check in process was easy, when I got to the room it was spotless. I've seen reviews about the noise on the street facing side, I was on the backside and didn't hear a peep during my stay. When it comes to the room itself, I have no complaints, very spacious, updated and clean. There is a water purification system in the lobby and they provide two bottles of water upon arrival that you can reuse / refill as needed. Surrounding area has so much going on, I walked to most of the places I wanted to visit, miscellaneous bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants and bars and was never more than a 10 minute uber from anywhere else I wanted to go. Great property, very helpful staff and I would definitely re-book if traveling to Mexico City again"

"The room was perfect. The bed was super comfortable and the room was thoroughly cleaned every day. We are repeat travellers to Mexico City and we always stay here. The breakfast is always superb. Lots of healthy options. The little food/snack bar on the main floor is a great service and is included with the stay. The world outside this hotel can be noisy and chaotic, but it feels like stepping into an oasis of calm when you return to the hotel. The rooms are surprisingly quiet given the location. Despite the noise and chaos of the Zocalo, we never felt unsafe in the surrounding neighbourhood, day or night."
