いつものひとり旅行でした。 朝食、街ぶらり、緊急 あらゆる事に、迅速丁寧にご対応頂き、大変満足致しました。 日本語を話せる、フロントクラークのカーラさん？も、様々に力になって下さいました。 従業員さま皆様の心温まる対応には感動いたしました。ありがとうございます。

This was a really nice room, however, the rooms are really dark, there's minimal light, so it was very hard to put makeup on in the morning in any area of the room, including the restroom, or read anything. The only area in the room that was well lit was the Jacuzzi, which is located right at the entrance of the room, odd location for a Jacuzzi, so to put my makeup on or read something I had to sit inside the Jacuzzi with a mirror I brought, as it was the only place that was well lit. I must say that the room was clean, great air conditioner, and a nice little drink bar. The location of the building is quite odd, it's in the very back and in the middle of other properties and it has an alley right by the entrance, I arrived at night in a taxi, and I felt a bit nervous because it seemed very dark and narrow to get to the entrance of of the hotel, particularly as a female solo driver at night, even one of the Taxi drivers asked me is this where you're going? It just seemed like very hidden and like it wasn't a hotel.
