"We arrived on train and it was 7:20pm. Gave outstanding directions to b&b which was right across courtyard next to McDonalds upstairs. Had old school single person elevator/manually close doors which was fun. Really clean modern place/room. Think 5 rooms off main hallway. Didn’t get breakfast because we were leaving next morning but offered it for fee. Staff was amazing. Location was great. Went to nearby restaurant where they sing classic Italian songs loudly. Great stay!"

"Exquisite hotel in old town Bari. It is centrally located, so it made it easy to tour beautiful Old Town Bari. The hotel has an interesting history - it is part of a former Palazzo of the noble Calo family. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff were extremely helpful. Our flight coming in got in very late (long after reception closed)- they provided clear instructions to get into the hotel and into our room without issue. On our way home, the flight left very late as well. They graciously held our bags for a good portion of the day and helped find us a taxi to get to the airport."

"This accommodation is really good , the location is perfect and if you want a quirky place to stay this is it ! There are a few issues, I tried to communicate several times with Wonderful Italy to no avail ! There was no local contact ! Check in was smooth the keys left in a lock box . It could be cleaner , it wasn’t dirty but just a little dusty in places , bin was grubby nothing to bad . There is water pump which began circulating every 40 secs which was annoying through the night .. this was caused by the water heater leaking .. it was our second last night so we turned the boiler off and reported it to them ! There is no where to hang towels when you get out of shower, the kettle was broken , coffee machine leaked and plug for microwave wouldn’t reach to a socket, little things that make a difference.. but all in all still a good stay . NO SMELL We went to Monopoli &Alberobello for 3 nights during our 7 night stay because I’d worried about it being smelly after seeing some reviews and it it was fine , had wonderful Italy replied and reassured me it was fine I wouldn’t have booked alternative accommodation, but we had a fabulous stay in a Trulli & apartment in monopoli so I’m pleased it turned out the way it did !"
