The staff at front desk seemed ill informed on a few of the core competencies and twin beds in shared room need to be improved. "Hotel Willa Zameczek is nestled in a remote vacation town in the mountains close to the ski slopes. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and inviting. Restaurants and markets are within a very short walking distance. The whole town is very walkable. "Nice stay in overall. Proper 3 star hotel. However I must mention that service was excellent, from reception to restaurant staff. I have arrived at 19 where dinner is served till 18:30 but there was no problem with eating a little bit later, they were very understanding and flexible. Also redemption ..."…""Nice stay in overall. "We were looking for hotel close to Zieleniec Ski Arena and the hotel description said it is 11.8km Zieleniec, in reality it is 23.2km which makes a big difference. We stayed for three nights and our room wasn't cleaned once. "This is an old house that was completely renovated in the last year or two. Super clean and good taste. The room was small, but comfortable and quiet. Slept solid, and woke up with the sounds of birds. Excellent spread at breakfast. Would stay here again if I ever make it back to this town. "Das Gebäude ist relativ neu, mit Aufzug und Gesundheitseinrichtungen. Das Restaurant ist groß, das Buffet am Morgen und Abend ausreichend und vielfältig. Jedoch hatte das Restaurant nur bis 21 Uhr geöffnet, eine Hotelbar gab es nicht.
