Kick back and relax in our newly built, stylish one bedroom private guest house
set up for guests to do their own thing.

Double glazed windows and Doors along with full insulation keeps you nice and cozy along with a heatpump to keep you warm & dry in winter & cool in summer.

Set up with a kitchen featuring a F&P dishdraw dishwasher, French door fridge/freezer and Nespresso coffee machine plus a new Beko all in one front load washer/ dryer.

Located in a peaceful and private rural location of Awakeri.
With a separate driveway from the main house.

The cottage has a Queen bed in the spacious bedroom along with a double sofa bed in the lounge.

Ensuite bathroom is off the bedroom with extra large 1200mm wide shower for privacy and comfort.

With a main TV in the lounge as well as a TV in the bedroom, enjoy standard Sky channels, freeview and Netflix.

Outdoor flow with substantial decking allows you to spread out relax day & night.

Only 15mins from Whakatane or Kawerau and about 45mins from Tauranga or Rotorua.

Please note the hosts also live on the same property in a separate dwelling but don't worry we like to do our own thing :)

3mins from the local Awakeri Hot Pools enjoy all the local bush walks and mountain bike riding the Eastern Bay offers.

awesome remote bach

This bach was ideally located to many destinations in the area and constructed to a high standard, so as long as you only need a 1 bed bach I would highly recommend this one

A wee gem

Couldn't recommend this property highly enough. It's immaculately clean, warm, inviting, great location and was perfect for our getaway for a family event locally. Fabulous deck for relaxing and enjoying coffee. Super comfy bed. Fabulous hosts.
