Clean, quiet, spacious room within easy walking distance to the center of Te Anau as well as to the lake. Convenient to have a kitchenette and the complimentary bottle of milk was a welcomed touch. Perfect base for our excursion into the Milford Sound / Fiordland area.

Good location to get everywhere in Te Anau, the guy at the reception was very nice, they give every guest a small bottle of milk and when he heard I’m vegan he brought me almond milk. The room is renovated and so clean ! Enjoyed my stay very much !

Lovely place to stay with plenty of space. The bathroom was very clean and seemed recently updated. There was a much-appreciated heater in the bathroom. The kitchenette was nice although we didn't need to use it. Beds and pillows were comfortable and we loved the heated blankets! Wifi was okay, clearly affected by how many people are on it. The hotel is a short 3-5 min walk from downtown and very close to the lake.

Huge studio with well equipped kitchenette. Nice garden with a great bbq area. An easy walk across the park to the main street in town with lots of restaurants and two supermarket options. I would definitely stay here again if visiting the area.
