ルーフトップバーの下の階だったので夜雑音が気になりました。 バスルームか浴槽付きで良いのですがトイレと接しているのでお湯が溢れぬよう気を遣いました。

This hotel is lovely - comfortable, quiet, and in a great location for exploring Old Town Tbilisi. Added bonus: the staff is terrific and so responsive (more on that later). The decor throughout the hotel is unique (in a very good way!) with sumptuous wallpaper, high ceilings, crown molding and other luxurious details that make one feel pampered. The windows are double paned so there is no traffic noise. We slept very soundly every night we were there. The onsite restaurants provide a great array of Georgian dishes and other fare (cheeseburgers, Asian style noodle dishes, and Italian pasta dishes). The complementary breakfast is a great way to start the day. I'd also like to add how great the staff was after my husband took a fall on the sidewalk while walking back to the hotel after a day of touring. He was pretty badly scraped up and the staff not only offered a calm response but managed to get an ambulance to take him to the ER and dealt with the police who showed up because my husband's Apple watch alerted them about the fall. I can't thank David, Iana and the other staff on duty at the time enough. I'm so happy we stayed at the River Side Hotel!!

Nice clean room with a good shower and comfortable bed. Fridge, kettle, tv and balcony so all i needed. The receptionists were helpful and welcoming. There was a good choice of foods for breakfast.

Really enjoyed my time at River Side Hotel. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and the hotel has a charming boutique feel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Liked huge 4k TV. Staff were friendly and always willing to help with recommendations and transportation. Breakfast was fresh with plenty of options, and the rooftop terrace was a great spot to relax in the evening. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi.

We had a wonderful stay at the Riverside Hotel in Tbilisi. The building itself is beautiful, with stunning period features and plenty of character, making it feel both elegant and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great range of fresh, high-quality food with something for everyone. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel genuinely welcome. We also visited the Tiffany Bar, which has lovely views across the city. While there are a few higher viewpoints in Tbilisi, it’s still a fantastic place to relax with a drink or a meal. The food was very good, and once again, the service was outstanding. Overall, a charming hotel in a great location with excellent hospitality. We’d happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi.

The room itself was acceptable, but there were a few frustrating issues. The Wi-Fi was very unreliable and would go out for long periods of time. The biggest issue was checkout. Instead of simply leaving a card on file and being charged for any minibar items afterward, they required someone to physically inspect the room before I could leave. That delay caused me to miss my Bolt ride. I had one snack from the minibar after arriving late, which I expected to be expensive, but at checkout they also tried to charge me for a juice I didn’t remember having. At that point, since I had already missed one ride, I just paid it rather than argue. In the end, I paid about $19 for one bag of snacks, which felt excessive even by hotel minibar standards. Overall, the stay was fine for a single night, but the unreliable Wi-Fi, checkout process, and minibar charges would keep me from staying again.
