This guest house is amazing. It is clean and their management is helpful and kind. I feel safe staying at this house. The room feels like home. It’s location is good. It’s about a 3-minute walk to the Tsereteli metro/subway station that will bring you to the Freedom Square and the city center in about 15 minutes. Just across the Tsereteli metro is a huge supermarket and a Mcdonald’s store. For a guest house, I would give it 5 stars. I would stay here again.

I think this is a family house and they have few rooms being rented. They are really friendly which made my stay pretty easy but I think they should improve their wifi as in the two rooms I've stayed, it was really really weak. Also, the breakfast is being served a little late. They should serve a little earlier so tourists who need to leave early can still have them. Another thing is the transportation from the hotel to the airport, I was asked to pay 40 lari but when I used Bolt in return to the airport, it was only 28. I thought it is a little far from the center as well.

Мы остановились на четыре ночи в стандартом номере. в номере было просто,но чисто. Белье меняют и уборку делают по просьбе. Хозяева этого домашнего отеля очень дружелюбны и приветливы: помогли нам купить суперских специй и чурчхелы, помогали ориентироваться, угостили домашним вином. район тоже хороший: ночью было тихо, до центра на такси 10 минут, выхлопами не пахнет. завтраки почему- то я не добавила в бронирование,хотя планировала. Из минусов: хорошая слышимость из коридора,которая на второй день становится незаметной.

Amazing hotel! It’s a family house, and all the family is so nice! sofia spoke well english, and the owner was very helpful! He picked me at the airport in the middle price for a fair price, he brought me somewhere to clean the rental car, and the family also kept my big backpack for several days when I was travelling far away (I came back after to pick it). I definitely recommand it!!

The owner couple do not speak English but the young lady (daughter?) helps guests when she is there. Breakfast does not have so much variety, I will not order if I stay here next time. Main station is reachable by food in 15min and there is bus as well. I made transit from/to the airport bus to another local bus. It is close to bus stop. The room is simple, air-con works properly. There were cute cats and I liked them :)

Lovely homely hotel. Really helpful & friendly staff, nothing is too much & they always go the extra mile to make your stay more pleasurable. Great breakfast provided at a time you want. Rooms are large, clean & well equipped. Would easily stay here again. Close to metro stations too.

Das Personal des familiär geführten Holels hat sich sehr um den Gast bemüht, ist freundlich und immer ansprechbar, besitzt überwiegend gute Englischkenntnisse. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist bei mehreren Gästen "abgezählt" und ausreichend zum "Satt werden"! Die Zimmerausstattung gewinnt durch Kühlschrank und großem Einzelbett an Wohlfühlfaktor. "Save Planet" in allen Ehren, doch alle drei Tage Zimmerreinigung, Handtuchwechsel und die überquillenden Abfallkörbe leeren, trüben das gute Gesamtbild erheblich und sind nicht europäischer Standard. Bettwäsche wurde während meines 5 tägigen Aufenthalt überhaupt nicht erneuert und die Balkontür war nicht abschließbar.Das Wasser musste man einige Minuten laufen lassen, bis heißes Wasser kam (Save Planet?)

Nice family home

It is a nice hotel. The rooms are comfortable. Actually it is the house of the family. They are really friendly. We arrive at the hotel so late but They waited for us, moreover the owner took us with his own car to the centre. So we felt as if we were at home.
