Works for a quick overnight stay

Room was very spacious, but the bathroom was very small in comparison, which was inconvenient. Room was humid and smelled mildly of uncomfortable stuffiness. Running AC did not help because it wasn't cooling anything. Balcony was nice though.

I gave a negative rating because upon checking in, they informed they had no rooms available. Then why did they book it?!? They said they’d refund within one week, and after 10 days, still no refund.

私たちは3泊しましたが、トラブルのない日はありませんでした。 1日目はツインで予約していたのに、ダブルの部屋を案内され、異議を申し立ててもその日は部屋を変更してもらえませんでした。2日目には、ランドリーサービスに出した衣類のうち、6着が戻ってこなかったため、その場でクレームを言いましたが、「ランドリー担当者が不在」との理由で翌日の10時まで対応できないと言われました。受付スタッフは24時間常駐しているはずなのに、これでは納得がいきません。 さらに、トイレの水が流れない問題や、最終日前日の夜に急に「パスポートを預からせてほしい」と言われる事態（パスポートは初日に提示済みです）、クレジットカード決済ができるはずなのに現金払いを要求されるなど、さまざまな問題が続きました。現金払いの理由として「中国の銀行の問題」と言われましたが、私たちは日本人で、日本の銀行のクレジットカードを使用していました。全くもって混乱しています。 これらの問題について、受付担当者はまともに対応できず、私たちは3日の滞在中に4回もマネージャーと電話で話す羽目になりました。しかし、そのマネージャーの対応も問題でした。 ジョージアでは他にも3か所のホテルに宿泊しましたが、このような問題はどこでも起きていません。 決して安くない金額のホテルでこのような問題が頻発することに、不信感を拭えません。他の人にこのホテルを勧めることはできません。
