Citadines Apart Hotel is located at the heart of Tbilisi and very convenient to access many shops & restaurants. It was very clean property with extra kind staffs.

The hotel is accessed through an archway just beside the Courtyard by Marriott so it is in an excellent location but still very quiet as it’s off the main square. Staff were very friendly, organise our taxi from and back to the airport. The room was fine with a very comfortable bed. We would definitely recommend the property.

It was convenient getting places and there was a washing machine and drier but one of the receptionists asked for an unusual amount of money to use the machines for doing a laundry. It was strange but the property was clean and the staff was generally helpful.

Overall was great, the room is fully equipped with kitchenette. Room is spacious enough and clean. Landry room is handy enough with reasonable price. The hotel is nestled in quiet alley which is great and away from smoky street. Located near Galleria mall, supermaket, carrefour across the street. You can smoke in front of the hotel. Staff were very nice and helpful. Thank you housekeeping team. Only downside was the security guard (name start with L, you can dm us for the name) that was helping us with the luggage. We know that the hotel is self-service and hotel don't have bellboy that is why we've tried to do by ourselves but the security guy was insisted to do so. Upon the delivery we gave him a tip as to thank him, but it turns out that he was not satisfied. He unfold the money then look at it and complain that it is too little. And said he is secutiy guard not a bellboy. Really?.(we gave him as much as the cost of taxi from hotel to East-point/or normal service charge) If he want to do it for a tip then it is better that he stand still. Other than that everything was really great. Recommended.

This apartment hotel is actually located inside an arch door entrance way next to another boutique hotel. Once I found it, everything about the property is as reviewed by other guests: clean, spacious, quiet, comfy bed, nice shower pressure. Good value. I would stay there again.

Das Hotel ist etwas schwierig zu finden. Es liegt versteckt im Hinterhof. Wir hatten leider ein Zimmer mit innen liegenden Fenstern zum Frühstücksbereich, so dass wir dauerhaft die Vorhänge zu hatten. Leider ist es dementsprechend laut und hellhörig. Ansonsten hat uns das Hotel gut gefallen. Es gab im Zimmer alles nötige und das Bett war bequem.

Excellent value for money. Right on the doorstep of Liberty square. Walking distance to quite a few sightseeing, dining and shopping options. Room was itself spacious and clean with a sitting area. Staff were kind and helpful. However, it can be a little tricky to find the hotel as it’s in an hidden alley with no clear signage on the Main Street. I had to call them to get directions and the staff were super helpful in guiding me through. Bathroom seemed like it could use a renovation.

Citadine oli erittäin positiivinen kokemus. Sijainti keskellä kaupunkia, mutta sisäpihalla, jolloin vilkkaan kadun liikenteen melu ei häiritse. Huone on iso, siinä on pieni keittiö, ruokapöytä ja sohva sängyn lisäksi. Ikkunasta näkymä on sisäpihalle, mikä ei meitä häirinnyt. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja auttavaista. Lämmitys toimi moitteettomasti ja lämmintä vettä tuli suihkusta. Ainoa hieman haittaava oli nettiyhteys, se takkuili. Ostimme paikallisen internet-sim kortin, mutta sekään ei toiminut hyvin, joten vika ehkä on muualla kuin hotellissa.

The hotel is centrally located though quiet, nice reception staff, and room size is perfect for a family. The breakfast is ok, lots of choices but not many hot dishes. The beds are not comfortable. The kitchenette is useful and good.

Аn excellent modern aparthotel with beautiful interior design. The front desk staff speaks English and is very hospitable. The only downside is that the carpets and curtains in the corridors need cleaning and treatment with an ozone machine for freshness. There's a lack of signage on the outside, as the hotel entrance is under an archway. The taxi couldn't find the hotel by its address, and I only managed to find the entrance with the help of staff from a neighboring hotel. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all necessary items, and the room has an iron, ironing board, safe, and other essentials for a comfortable stay. I would greatly recommend this property, especially if it's your first visit to the country.
