Each room is stunningly decorated; the pillows, linens, and towels are clean and high quality. There is heat at air conditioning in every room, and hot water in the bathrooms. "Not easy to find, as it is right in the medina, down a narrow lane. But the owner has a market stall at the corner, and all the locals are eager to help you navigate. Incredible location in the beating heart of Fes...yet because it is down the lane, the house itself is very quiet!"

"He tried to cancel us 2 hours before check in. He said that is because he works with multiple platforms at the same time and had overbooking. We witnessed two other couple of customers with similar situations, one of them being told upon arrival. In the end, first night we stayed in another hotel booked by him and next night we had to move again to the hotel originally booked without being told with enough time, however he asked us to move again and we refused."
