「Long established country house hotel located in beautiful spot on the banks of the River Tay and a great place to relax and unwind. The main baronial style hotel is quite grand and has a nice dining room. We stayed in the adjacent Riverside Rooms annexed to the main hotel. Both dinner and breakfast was excellent (the food is locally sourced) but (small issue) staff forgot to serve coffee one morning and tea the next morning at breakfast (with no apologies for the delay and oversight). 「We had a very enjoyable stay at the Scone Arms. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and the improvements already completed look fantastic. Our room had been fully renovated and was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The bar area has been completely updated and has a fresh, welcoming atmosphere. 「A beautiful property in lush grounds. Our room (no. 15) looked over the garden. Wonderful big shower with good power. Just off the main high street made it very quiet. Fab breakfast too to set you up for the day walking around the area.」
