"The seemed clean I had problems with the TV, it took a maintenance guy to fix it was hole in the bathroom door when I got here at the lower right hand side. No one of the staff mentioned it. It should be mentioned as it could be blamed on the guest. Other stay was ok, "

"Air port transfer guy was rude and left 15 minutes early. Front desk lady said that he always leaves early. Not sure why they didn’t tell people to get there early. He left without 7 people and got mad when you didn’t give home a tip."

"Staff was very rude the place was not clean. The room door was so hard to close making unpleasant noise. The wall between my room and the next door room had no sound protection and the other guests conversations were clearly heard plus their TV. I couldn’t sleep the whole night will never gonna stay there again."

"Didn’t match photos. Location was terrible. Cigarette smoke throughout the halls was very strong. The tv froze and cutoff often. Remote to tv didn’t work. We are sure the remote didn’t go to the tv. Front desk lady wasn’t nice when I asked for washed cloth because they only have one in room and it was two of us. One of the towels in restroom was dirty. The tube was dirty or needs new paint at least. We definitely will not be back. Came in town for a funeral and this place was the worst experience of the whole trip. Bedding was also damaged. They need to renovate or tear down and start over. "
