Pros - Food options delivered to your villa and a pool on property. Cons - Living room furniture was low budget and uncomfortable. the floors weren't mopped properly so we needed to wipe our feet off before getting into bed.

The a/c in the first floor was not so powerful. The people in charge who received us were very kind. The only negative aspect was that there was no warm water in the showers and the ants in the kitchen

The property itself was very nice and well maintained, however, the inside of the house wasn’t the best. There were dirty dishes that were put away in the cabinets, and small little ants all in the cabinets and the counters. There was no hot water, which was never mentioned in the listing. We ordered breakfast the first morning there, but it wasn’t correct, when we contacted the property about it, our message was left on read and was never responded to. We also decided last minute we needed to stay another night, so we contacted the property and they quoted us $300, however, on Expedia, it was only $200, they tried to upcharge us by $100 just for one night. I was very unhappy with the condition of the kitchen, the lack of communication, and just overall the experience. I spent a total of almost $600 in total for 3 nights, however, my experience was not up to par with the price. Would not recommend this hotel unless the pest situation was taken care of, the customer service became better, and the

The structure and the tech was great. The ‘hot tubs’ advertised are not hot, they’re the same temperature as the pool and have jets. This was inaccurate advertising. Also, the hot water did not work in the upstairs showers or sinks. Additionally, the previous tenant took the key and they didn’t have a backup key, so we couldn’t lock our place. Again, great space inside, just need to clean up the things I mentioned.
