「The hotel is clean, but dated. They are not the most helpful, we had a king suite; it came with 2 pillows on the bed, and 2 small towels, when we asked for a couple extra pillows the front desk said there's one more in the drawer, and that is all we can offer. Most hotel king beds come with 4-6 pillows so I don't bring extra. When we asked for extra towels, we were given 2 more. I have never had such a hard time getting a few extra small ammenites. The pool was nice, the hot tub, was more a warm...

「It was ok! The bathroom had a loud fan. Took shower with lights off. Hotel had a musty smell. Breakfast provided no protein!」

「The room was clean. I need a accessible room and it was very safe to use. Grab bars and a walk-in shower. My only complaint was the staff were not hospitable. There was no interaction with the guests. I was very surprised at that.」

「The employee that checked us in was pleasant. The room was basic but clean-ish. I say that because yes, the toilet and sink were clean but around the light switches, floor corners, door handles etc were dirty. Not a deal breaker, just noticed. The room had a fridge, microwave and plug ins for electronics. Overall, a decent room for the price. Would stay there again,at this time of year. Im sure during the summer the price might be higher and then it wouldnt be worth it to me.」

「This was a very nice facility with an extra special staff. Julie went out of her way to accommodate and with a very friendly demeanor. And The bed was very comfortable.」

「Very quaint little cottage near Tawas and public beach. Close to good restaurants. We had a peaceful stay.」

「We really enjoyed our stay here! It was the perfect size for our family of 7! The kids loved the bunk room and toys, the walk to the beach was quick and the beach was quiet and clean. The house had everything we needed for the perfect up north getaway!」

「nice place but they need to have a antenna handy when cable is out we had no services there at least with an antenna we could maybe get a channel or two for some news」
