Find Tavira Bed And Breakfast

"We stayed for four nights as the second half of our holiday and it was our favourite hotel by far. Lovely room (family room with mezzanine), really clean. Beautiful setting surrounded by amazing smelling orange groves. Located just outside Tavira which was fine for us with a car, we went to tavira, Santa luzia and Cabanas in the evenings, day trips up to Alcoutim, castle Marim, Barril beach. Really lovely area. Also go horse riding with Antonio (Quinta do Alvisquer Centro Equestre), this was the highlight of our holiday and is 10 mins from the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and the pool was beautiful, highly recommend!!"

"The hosts, Michelle and William coud not have been more helpful and quick to respond to our needs or questions. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equiped. A small market one block away met most of our needs. Transportation options to Tavira were easy and affordable. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone okay living in a small village. "

"Kitchen not well equipped for cooking, just warming up or cooking eggs, very few utensils and no oven. Cleaning staff friendly but not English speaking. Although Expedia stated that a hair drier available on request, we requested one and were told by the reception person that it was not available! Really disappointing, but parking very easy and location ok to walk to oldtown/ center town, although not always through sidewalks, watch the traffic and walk fast. "

"We had an excellent stay. The breakfast buffet was a lot more elaborate than we expected, including a great pianist that gave us the pleasure of listening to Pink Floyd during breakfast. Front desk staff were friendly and provided great restaurant suggestions. The star of the show, though, was the exceptional Brazilian girl that runs the spa. I lost my esteemed gold necklace in the change room and she was the sweetest helping me find it. Thank you so much!!!"
