• Early check-in/late checkout may be available—request at the Welcome Center upon arrival/departure

• Daily Resort Fee: $16 + tax (payable at check-in)
• Refundable Security Deposit: $60/day
• Each condo is individually owned—interior design and furnishings may vary from photos

• Marina/trailer parking for boats not included—reserve in advance with Ocean Pointe Suites Property Management/Dock Master
