Sorry, not suitable for guests with mobility issues . Access is via two sets of stairs, one without a handrail.

Self contained 1 bedroom, 1 sitting room with basic kitchen (fridge, microwave, hotplate, washing machine). Opens up onto shared garden.
Off road parking, available - down a shared driveway,
The unit is on the ground floor, owners live in top story.

Located 2 minute walk from Omanu beach (lifeguard patrolled in summer)
Cafe and convenience store across the road. 5kms to the foot of the Mount and Bayfair shopping centre. 6kms to Baypark Arena

4 night stay

Ideal little space for my partner and i to relax for a few nights.Clean, has everything we needed. Close to beach, golf courses, short drive to shops but also cafe, takeaways and convenience store directly across the road.Lovely hosts as well.

Perfect location!

We enjoyed our stay here. It’s a great lcoation, close to the beach where we had a ball bodyboarding in the waves. The accommodation was perfect for our needs and Margaret was a lovely host.

I have an issue with my feet and lower limbs so climbing upand down the steps was a trial. Also getting iinto the shower. However I would like to it was extremely clean and orderly. Excellent

Easter break

Excellent location able to stroll to the beach for a late night walk/swim. Very quiet, peaceful and secluded location. Close to the main centre with everything upu need for a good stay.

Me and my friend had a Mums weekend away Where we stayed was very clean & cute☺️ The shower pressure was 👌Kitchen has everything you need even a washer and dryer. Literally 5mins walking distance to the beach to catch that sunrise 🌅 or swim and only 10min drive away from the Mount Maunganui strip. Would definitely go back and recommend to friends and family 🙂

Lovely!

This place was clean and comfortable and the location is perfect, just a two-minute walk from a beautiful white sand beach! Hosts were friendly and responsive. Backing our car onto the road required caution as visibility isn't great, but wasn't a real deterrent.

Quiet and comfortable

I enjoyed the super quiet and very comfortable stay in this downstairs flat. The owner was quick and easy to communicate with and was able to meet me and showed me around which was great. Everything was super clean and well maintained. I found the stairs to the flat quite steep and a little hard to climb without a handrail, but glad to have them well lit at night. Happy to stay again.

This is a great wee place. Close to the beach,very quiet and very friendly hosts. Well equipped unit with washing machine, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Would certainly recommend.
