Just Beachy on Grant Place Papamoa Beach Pad

Just by the beach (1 minute walk to dunes) this very spacious, private beach pad has 1 bedroom and a queen size bed, plus 2 sofabeds in the lounge as well that open out into double beds. One bathroom and a full kitchen with oven, stove top, fridge and microwave plus standard kitchen utensils. Laundry with washing machine. Private back garden fully fenced with outdoor table set and a shed for gear storage. Fully furnished with lovely white linen and towels, plus duvets and pillows. Office desk and chair too.

5 minutes drive to shopping malls, cinemas and restaurants. 2 Minutes walk to the waters edge for swimming, surfing fishing or just lazying around. it stretches for miles. . Bus stop just around corner. Summerhill mountain biking 15 minutes drive.

The Karens

The landlord gave us no privacy and nosey into how we were treating the place. Judgemental and stereotyping people. More like the 'Karens.' Otherwise the property was okay apart from some parts of the house smelling like dog.

Very handy location

The property was very conveniently located close to Papamoa beach and within easy driving distance to other key locations including Mount Maunganui and Tauranga. Everything in the property was as indicated in the property listing.

Papamoa Stay

We had business to attend to in the Papamoa area and the accommodation was very central to our requirements. The fully equiped unit is far better than motel accommodation. Thank you Juanita for you help regarding the missing pearl ring. It has now been found. Cheers Laurie

Home away from home

This place was comfortable, clean and quiet, as well as close to supermarket, kebabs, bakery, shops and cafes and eso the beach. Perfect to meet family who are visiting home.
