Clean, tidy good location for our stay in Taupo. Owners were friendly. Great having a supermarket down the road. Was a cold weekend we were in Taupo, the heating in the room was excellent.

Friendly, attentive service. Nice touches such as a bottle of milk to go with the tea/coffee which included hot choc/decaf sachets and a plunger coffee bag to go with the standard selection. Nice to be shown around the room on arrival too.

Welcoming family hotel

Very nice family run hotel. Clean and comfortable with great pools, hot and cool. Not far from many restaurants and shops. Owners are on site and very helpful with any needs!
