"Extraordinary location, traditional architecture with an amazing view of the Tatra mountains. Traditional polish food with an added culinary finess. I would certainly recommend this place and hope to come back soon. Particular mention to the staff, they were very helpful and friendly."

"The hotel, overall was nice. The service was very good and the breakfast and dinner, which were included, were also very good. One minor point was that there was nothing in the room in the way of coffee, water, or any type of mini-bar. My only real complaint is that although I had prepaid through Hotels.com, apparently they were not aware and charged me again. I am currently waiting for Hotels.com to resolve the issue "

"Amazing place to stay. The staff was very nice and in-house restaurant serves delicious feed. The only thing we didn't like was that the room was rather small. The wash basin in the bathroom also pretty small. Other than that, we liked the vibe."

"My first impression driving to the hotel, was have I made a mistake. The hotel is quite dated, and with a derelict hotel next to it. However, check in staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a family room with 2 rooms both with very comfortable beds. The towels and bed sheets were high quality. Most noticeable about the room was how very clean it was.
