「All was good, but the property needs some major refit - upgrade! Regarding their swimming pool Expedia needs to write as the same as the breakfast is ticked, same needs to be done with swimming pool as they say it’s NOT included in the they call it package! I have tried to explain that wasn’t a package and usually if there is a pool, guests can use it! I have been allowed to use it, but it needs to be marked as same as the breakfast otherwise it will need to be paid for!」

「Ein wunderschönes Hotel, das in der Umgebung von Zakopane wahrscheinlich einzigartig ist. Abseits vom Trubel kann man hier wunderbar zur Ruhe kommen. Das Interieur ist stilvoll und modern, alles war sehr sauber und das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich. Das Frühstück hat uns gut geschmeckt. Auch das hoteleigene Bistro ist sehr schön und bietet zwei vegane Gerichte. Für die Zukunft würden wir uns noch ein oder zwei weitere vegetarische oder vegane Optionen wünschen.
