"Simple and good. Room was clean. Location is decent. Some considerations: You’d have to carry your luggage up to the second or third floor. If you are 180cm or taller, the shower would be too small for you. Nothing particularly exceptional but nothing bad either. Good value place. "

"I highly recommend this ryokan if you are visiting Mt Aso. We stayed at the two storied migi room with a private outdoor tub and an indoor jacuzzi. The space was immaculate and spacious. You must book the half board rate that includes the most sumptuous breakfast and dinner you will find anywhere. You will need to take a bus/train to reach the main Aso area but that we no issue for us. Every staff we met extended the highest hospitality we ever experienced. "

"The entrance of the hotel might be a little difficult to people who drive to there because the entrance lane is really narrow and small. If you drive there, do not arrive before sunset or it's totally dark during the lane. Guest rooms are pet friendly therefore it might remain some smells of pets (for people who dislike animals), you should consider it carefully or you might be uncomfortable all the night even though it smells not too strong. "阿蘇の山の麓にある、普通のステキな一軒家でした！ 赤ちゃん連れのため、他のご家族がいらしたらご迷惑をおかけするので、やめようと思い、事前にお電話で確認しました。 運良く、私達だけでしたのでお世話になりましたが、キッチンリビングお風呂などはもちろん一つ（トイレは２つ）なので、これを最大3家族で使用するのは大変だなぁと感じました！ですが、一棟貸しもされているので、両親や兄弟家族などときてシェアすれば、本当に楽しく快適にすごせそうです！"

"Very clean and very comfortable. They are very vague about you putting everything back. Does it mean you have to wash all of your dishes and put them back exactly? Communication was lacking. Of the two emails I sent, I never got a response. I left some stuff there and asked if it was found and they decided not to answer me. I ended up leaving it there so I suppose someone else is not enjoying it."

"We booked the hotel the day of the trip as we had change plans due to Typhoon Haishen. When we entrance to the hotel was blocked with a rope and they did not answer the phone. There was noone to get any information, we did not get a cancellation or a notification. We were left in the typhoon with nowhere to go and struggled to find anything for hours during when the weather got really bad.
