「The property was very nice and we were able to find it just after dark with communication from the host. The cabin had a sunken living room and loads of windows to see nature through. There were pull down shades for privacy as needed. Having a washer and dryer in the unit with laundry soap provided was very helpful. 「Sophia's was perfectly located for walking to the key sites in the city, with an amazing cafe round the corner. For us two it was spacious and extremely comfortable. The washing machine was brilliant too. We had a great 4 days here.」

"入り口がちょっとわかりにくいですが、4階のロビーからは広々とした空間で最近のモダンなレセプションエリアは旅のテンションが上がっていいですね！部屋も広くて設備やアメニティーも清潔感、使い勝手など申し分なく満足です。ベッドの寝心地は最高でした。低層階(7階)の窓から見える風景だけビジネスホテルレベルで特別感はなく星一つ減らしていますが、歩いて港まで10分程度なので観光でも十分楽しめました。周りにはレストランやカフェも多くタスマニアの豊かな食材を楽しむことが出来ました。"

"毎日の清掃がとても綺麗に行き届いていました。タオル交換やトイレットペーパーなどもきちんとされていて、部屋のティーパックの補充もされていました。とても快適に過ごすことができました。また、観光施設やスーパーへの行き方などをフロントスタッフに尋ねると、地図上で丁寧に説明してくれました。荷物の預かりも快く対応してくれたり、チェックインより4時間ほど早く着きましたが、部屋の清掃が終わった段階で電話をくれました。一点、サマータイムになるタイミングの宿泊だったのですが、部屋に置いてある時計の時間変更の仕方がわからず、1時間ずれたままでした。携帯を見て時間を確認していたので、あまり不便は感じませんでしたが。ベッドシーツが少し生乾きのような匂いがして気になりましたが、総合的に素晴らしかったです。 3泊4日の一人旅でしたが、安心して旅を終えることができました。ありがとうございました。"

"アクセス、徒歩圏内のレストラン、バス停、スーパーなどの便利さ、部屋や設備など、何不自由なく問題ありません。冷暖房もベッドもトイレも普通です。従業員はチェックイン、アウトとビュッフェの朝食時のみの対応でこちらも問題なし。お国柄かと思いますが、話し掛ければ親切に対応してくれます。ちょっと薄暗くて苦手な人は怖いかもしれませんが、必要以上のサービスを期待しなければ、海外の庶民的なホテルならこんなものでしょう。安かったし十分でした。"
