"This is a comfortable hotel. The pool, restaurant/bar and terrace are good options for relaxing. The reception staff were kind and supportive. The breakfast staff were very accommodating. There is an atm in the foyer for foreign exchange. It is a fair drive from the airport."

"Booked for two days check in was terrible. They gave us a room when we tried to get in there was a person in the room. They gave us another room smelled stinky room. Next day at around 10 am someone tried to get into our room. We have decided check out early that day, asked for a refund they assured me payment will be refunded for one day with no problem. They said I am good to go today after four days I received an email with rejection for a refund. Stay away from this place 👎👎👎"

"Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were attentive and very friendly. They were knowledgeable about the area. We had some issue with the AC however they got that sorted and were prompt on solving it. They have works going on at the moment but made sure we were aware. Also accommodated my daughter with adding a bed in the room free of charge. "

"The hotel is more on a budget side. However, the friendliness of the personal, the excellent breakfast with huge choice making even the long stay comfortable. There are some grocery shops nearby in walking proximity. And the area is really quiet. You can experience the old Tashkent just outside. We were very happy on the evening walks in the neighborhood especially after hot days :)!"
