I had a very bad experience with this hotel. I made 2 reservations, from 26 february to 3rd of March, in total. the second reservation, was paid during the booking with Hotels. The reception of the Crowne Plaza, take the money from my credit card again, so, I paid 2 times. I complain to the reception, and they said that they will reimburse, but I didn't receive any confirmation since sunday.
