空港シャトルサービスは不可。できるかのような表現で、このホテルを選択。現在営業していないなど。不可解な回答。料金を1月24日予約時に支払っている。二重払いを請求される。 EXPEDIAに注文 空港シャトルサービスを実施しているなら、空港でそれなりの表示。やっていないならやっていないと表示すべき。 最新のサービスが受けられるように、expediaは最新の情報を集めてそれをアップすること。 これができないなら営業停止。 二重に掛けを請求される。一度サービス料を含めて支払っているので主張するが認められない。まず受取証を日本語ではなく、最低英語に翻訳したもの、あるいは現地語で翻訳していること。 ホテルのフロントに日本語を見せてもたいした意味はない。 expediaさん　私が支払った料金（1月24日）を戻してください。 口コミどころの騒ぎではないですよ。
