On the hotel category is not mandatory to have it, and in this case we do have the possibility to keep the belongings of our guest, in case they need it, in our fridges. Dear guest, We are sorry to hear all this. We do apologize for the inconveniences this might caused you. Regarding our hotel, is one of the oldest and emblematic hotel of the city. Our rooms are renovated adapting it to what was already in use. Our jacuzzi does work but we did not receive any notification about that. The only thing is that if you want to use it you need to fill it until the top and cover all the waterjets. It was used after you and it was working perfectly. Regarding the recommendation, we are sorry as we did not know that it was closed. Usually is open every day and the are the last ones closing. But thank you for the recommendation.
