"We had a balcony room on the 6th floor. It was clean, big and beautiful with a comfortable bed. We used the hotel transfer from the airport which was great! We tried all the restaurants at the hotel. The food was excellent and the service was fine. We loved the pool and the beachfront! This is not a party place but relaxing and safe. We went on 2 excursions through the hotel- waterfall tour and Manuel Antonio NP. The hotel staff booked our excursions and they were fantastic! We also rode the horses in front of the hotel at the beach. It was also excellent! We had a wonderful time in CR! "

"Rooms got cold. Good pool. Clean rooms. Great balcony with table. Staff was very friendly. Rented bikes for 6 dollars a day and they worked great. Free breakfast tasted good. "

"We truly enjoyed our time. The full time staff is very attentive, the food is authentic Costa Rican cooking. We discussed our favorite food, nicely. The house is beautiful and spacious. We had children 5, work and 13. And they loved it. The beach is a hike, but Once there the sand is beautiful and snorkeling good.We all want to go back. We seen whales from the balcony, fed monkeys near the house, lots of wild life"

"It was a fantastic place to stay with a beautiful ocean view. The location was quiet and offered easy access to the town and nearby beaches. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we loved using the private plunge pool every day. The staff was friendly, and there was adequate parking available."

"We stayed at this hotel in Jacó and had a wonderful experience. Pablo is amazing—an excellent communicator who truly makes you feel like the place, the city, and even the air around you are yours. He gave us great restaurant recommendations, and every place we tried was excellent. Pablo was genuinely one of the best people we met on our trip. The property itself is a bit farther out, so having a car is recommended. Parking is ample and easy. The property is clean, and the swimming pool is very close and convenient. Overall, a great stay with outstanding hospitality."
