"Ac was not working. Jacuzzi was not working. Faucets in the property do not work. Even the soap was watered down, showing it was cheaply maintained. This really takes from a vacation vibe. No housekeeping whatsoever. Dead bugs everywhere. Not sanitary. No housekeeping at all during stay"

"Clean room and steps from the pool. The air conditioner is ice cold and the bed very comfy. We also liked the spacious shower. Pops ice cream is to die for and we enjoyed the short walk to mantas beach where we saw many monkeys with their babies, a sloth and her baby too along with the resident macaws!
The pool is clean huge and very welcoming!! We liked the iguanas sunning beside the pool too.
We would stay again, very private and abundant wildlife too"

"El lugar es muy lindo y está muy bien equipado. Sin embargo la limpieza de las áreas exteriores del apartamento como los balcones puede mejorar. Un punto importante de mencionar es que los colchones necesitan un cambio y las camas son realmente muy viejas. Los colchones es lo que me hace poder esta puntuación. El mobiliario en general necesita renovación. Es muy antiguo. Los colchones no dan más están realmente en mal estado. A excepción de una de las habitaciones. "

"We paid months ahead as with many other accommodations, which we've never had any issues with. This place was hard to find so we called to clarify directions, and we were told if we didn't have a 4x4 that it wasn't possible to get to (which was NOT mentioned on the booking site on Expedia) We were left to scramble and find a place to stay last minute which was inconvenient and cost a lot more. We were also informed we would be given the money back but months later we still haven't seen it. "
