Lovely older building but updated and very well maintained. The breakfast and Staff was amazing. Book this place if you want to stay in the country but have a beautiful drive into Campbeltown.

Lovely place. Excellent rooms, very clean and well kept. Staff helpful, breakfast choices fine, and who could object to b’fast outdoors on a sunny morning. My only tiny cavil is that a couple of sugar free cereal choices, like well made messily, would be helpful. We’d stay there again like a shot!

The room was nicely decorated, was fitted with amenities most hotels overlook today. Face clothes, luggage benches, ample clothes hangers just to name a few. Friendly helpful staff. Overall it is a good place to stay. Only drawback was the limited dining options nearby.

Totally perfect in every way and excellent value for money. Breakfast bags were a nice and very welcome touch and the cooked breakfast was really tasty. Cannot fault.

Overall our 1 night stay was excellent. Very comfortable bed, excellent shower. As I know this property before it was refurbished I think it has been extremely well done.The complimentary tea and coffee on arrival is a nice touch. I have one minor complaint and that is the strength of coffee,it was really weak.

I had a delightful experience during my stay. The apartment was charming, featuring a self-contained kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom, all impeccably clean and warmly decorated. If I find myself in the area again, I will definitely prioritize booking a room here. The host was exceptionally friendly and hospitable, offering helpful recommendations for nearby dining options. My only regret was not having had the time to visit the adjacent shop and café.

Séjour particulièrement chaleureux dans une chambre très confortable, spacieuse, moderne et joliment décorée, L’ensemble attenant à l’épicerie du village. Vous y serez extrêmement bien reçus. La cour intérieure et sa serre fleurie vous accueillent pour une pause « coffee Tea ». Le breakfast soigné et copieux vous permettra de bien commencer votre journée. Une adresse exceptionnelle qui mérite votre visite et 2 nuits sur place.

It was a very good stay except the night we arrived we couldn’t find the place. It took us an extra 45 mins to get there and it was dark and barley any street lights.

Waren beim Eintreffen aufgrund der ursprünglichen Fassade erst etwas verunsichert, dahinter verbirgt sich jedoch ein kleines Paradies! Hatten die Hayloft gebucht - erstaunlich die Symbiose aus alter Substanz und moderner Umsetzung. Sehr geräumig. Alles sauber und gut ausgestattet. Gutes Frühstück! Ganz besonderes Lob gilt den ausgesprochen netten und sympathischen Betreibern! Diese und die Mitarbeiter sind mit sehr viel Herzblut bei der Sache! 100 Prozent Empfehlung.
