Characterful little hotel with a balcony

When we go to the property in the morning, the reception was not open, even though according to the hotel details it should have been. I called the hotel number and I think the lady was telling me that she had to visit the doctor and will be at the hotel soon. We went for a breakfast in the town centre and sure enough she was back and let us check-in early.

El local es muy bonito, la recepción concretamente me gustó mucho. La habitación y el baño también están muy bien, no son enormes pero llegan de sobra. La ubicación también muy buena, así como la limpieza. Lo que no nos gustó es que la calefacción estaba muy fuerte al llegar a la habitación. La quitamos y aún pasamos calor para dormir. Creo que la tendrían que poner menos fuerte.

No nos dieron la habitación que reservamos.

Habíamos pedido habitación con dos camas y nos dieron con solo una cama en el caluroso último piso. El aire acondicionado funcionaba muy débilmente. Nos despertamos varias veces por el calor.

Quiero mi dinero devuelta o pongo una reclamación, al hacer la reserva no se avisa que a partir d las 22.00 no puedes hacer el check In. Estamos durmiendo en el coche porque no tenemos habitación la cual reservamos a las 22.22 y sin aviso de que no íbamos a poder acceder a la estancia

Es un hostal perfecto para conocer Tarazona: en el centro del pueblo, acogedor y con decorado con recuerdos de la gran Raquel Meller. Son de agradecer los alojamientos con personalidad propia. La atención del recepcionista, inmejorable. Me dio toda clase de explicaciones sobre Tarazona y los lugares que merecen ser visitados. Repetiré.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Lichtschacht - sehr dunkel. Parken ist schwierig, da das Hotel über keinen Parkplatz verfügt und zentral in der Innenstadt liegt. Das Restaurant direkt gegenüber ist empfehlenswert - spanische Hausmannskost, einfach, aber lecker.
