"A stunning hotel in every way. Immaculately presented inside, the rooms are divine. We loved the 360 bar on the 7th floor for a cocktail and the food was exceptional in the restaurant downstairs. Outstanding location in the heart of Invercargill."

"Arrived at the hotel in the midst of a severe wind storm. The front desk staff were busy dealing with multiple issues including a new reservation system, but were polite and offered 2 drink vouchers to use while awaiting check-in. They were quickly able to get us checked in. Rooms were clean and comfortable with parking right outside the room. Beds were comfortable. Check out was simple. All staff were very accommodating and polite."
