「It was a very convenient stopover for the night on our Sydney-Melbourne road trip. Property was well maintained, We were unsure of the Vegetarian choices available for dinner in the restaurant, hence decided to go elsewhere. The hotel is very well situated close to the exit/entry off the Hume highway.」

「Clean, close to food outlets would stay again」

「We'd be happy to have stayed there for a week (we had a 3 night stay). The amenities and features of the one bedroom apartment met all needs. The washing machine and condensing dryer just what we needed. The outlook of our 6th floor room was very pleasant, so it may pay if it is important to check when booking what aspect and views a room has. There were some signs of minor wear and tear, but not of any consequence or to detract from the rooms. The touch controlled lighting had our interest,...

「Right in town and incredibly comfortable and quiet. The room is big so it was great having the fireplace and later the reverse cycle, so a nice option in winter. Gunderoo is definitely small but it’s an excellent option if you want to stay out of Canberra for the night and the food options are great.」

「Excellently positioned motel with fantastic amenities nearby. Checking in was a breeze thanks to the convenient kiosk on the premises. The property is close to a charming shopping village that covers all your daily needs, and it is just a short drive from the Canberra town centre. I loved how fresh and modern the motel felt and it is definitely a cut above the average motel. Laundry facilities on premise were a great bonus, and our room was tidy, comfortable and served its purpose perfectly. We...

「The air con could not keep room warm enough at night. Mould in the bathroom, doors would jam, cupboards are falling apart, etc. Barely 2 star accommodation. In major need of upgrades and maintenance.」

「This hotel is very nice especially location is good! It’s a little bit far from the center of Canberra but there are many Asian cuisine restaurants in this district including supermarkets, Coles and Woolworth. All located within distance you can walk. And a tram station is nearby this place. Besides it, hotel staffs are very friendly. The room was spacious, clean and security was good! I will stay this hotel again if I will visit again!」

「The Hotel looks beautiful and the rooms feel new, clean & modern. Ensuite is very tastefully decorated.」
