「We have booked a family room. Room is big enough & spacious, clean with a balcony. Staffs are very polite & gentle, they are always ready to help. Food is excellent & taste or quality of food is great. The hotel is situated in a convenient area of Shimla. Overall a great experience to stay at The Orchid.」

「I felt the staff were friendly and the property was really nice and comfortable.The only thing I felt a little problematic was the location . Its really difficult to get Ola or Uber during rush hours. Rest everything was upto the mark.」

「This property far exceeding my expectations. The property itself is so gorgeous, very VERY clean, the rooms are so beautiful and balconies have amazing views of the Himalayan mountains. It was so much fun watching the monkeys everyday playing in the trees and rooftops all around the hotel. The sunrise and sunset views over the Himalayan mountains are the most amazing sunrise and sunset I have ever seen before. The sunset truly felt like I was in heaven. 「It was very conveient to be able to walk to the hotel from the train station on arrival. The staff were exceptionally friendly and service oriented. I was pleased with the size and cleaniless of the room. Glad there was extra blankets as Shimla does get cold. Mornings i enjoyed having the breakfast options, paratha and chai and scrambled eggs got me going for the day!」
