This hotel has great location in Tapachula. I stayed for 10 days and feel safe and comfortable. Carmen our housekeeper was excellent always very nice and caring. The front desk staff very accurate. I will come back.

Looked better in pictures—wasn’t as close to Zocolo as expected. All the staff at the front desk was Excellent!!! The wifi was terrible-even after the front desk put Bri on housekeeping. Not thrilled with resteraunt—had to tell them how to make a curb libra. Club sandwich good—breakfast buffet interesting. Not gringo food!!!! Chocolate milk excellent.

All of the staff was very friendly except the lady Laura at the front desk. The pool was too cold because it had a covering and looked like it needed to be cleaned. The pool area could use a makeover. Rooms were nice but not well insulated, and the surrounding streets were very noisy with cars and motorcycles driving by. Otherwise, good hotel.

bad service

the hotel was so bad, no towels in the room, it was hair in the beds, our room has a leak in the bathroom and the water came out. bad service at all, the breakfast was tasteless and we are very disappointed because we now this hotel for years and now is like that. And also the lift was broken and no one of the staff help us with our bags, so we need to carry everything from the first floor to the third

Great breakfast, the hotel itself was very outdated. The pictures are very deceiving, because the hotel is not what it appears. We will never return. The elevator was so bad that we thought it was going to free fall down.
