「The property was clean and large. It was very close to the city center. There is no parking. We were able to park in the city lot for free since we have a handicap sticker. The owner says you can park at the church nearby but it appeared to have gates installed to prevent that. The apartment is large but is up 14 steps to the second floor. In addition there are multiple levels and steps inside the apartment. There is a smart TV and good internet in the apartment. The kitchen had a outlet that...

「The location is great but the condo is a bit tired. The TV set-up is out of the 1990's. There were no instructions on how to use the TV or the fireplace and I had to have maintenance come figure it out. The heating system is loud and outdated. The condo generally needs to be updated. 」

「The carpet was disgusting The toilet upstairs (the main toilet) didn’t work it kept catching The carpet in the kitchen was buckled The flooring creeped all over The fixtures and finishes are from 1972 It’s just overall tired and to be charged too much a night is insane We recently stayed in a VRBO Piazza San Della Signoria in Florence for less than this “place” a night with clean everything! You may want to review your properties or expect more from the homeowners」

「Even though it’s an old facility it was very clean and they had modern amenities and the furniture was nice. You can’t tell by the picture but the floor is super cool! The door lock needs to be fixed because it was installed backwards. Also, there is a weird smell that should be easily fixed.」
