"I really loved Castiglione di Sicilia - the town is perched on top of a crest of mountain and looks amazing as you are driving in. This seemed like quite a small town with lots of older folk in their older fiats and renaults, or sitting on street corners for a coffee or drink. "Stayed here with family for 4 nights. Simply amazing villa with so many cool things. A tad rustic in some ways but it’s really part of the charm of the property. Our host was super friendly and helpful and even took us for dinner and groceries upon arrival. The drive to the property is a bit tricky and takes some getting used to, but adds to the experience and charm. I can not wait to come back to this property."

"The perfect place to totally chill and unwind, which was just what we needed. Lovely characterful farmhouse, fab location, close to Taormina, the most beautiful town ever! Loved the horses who came to greet us each morning and the cats who visited us. Mimmo was the perfect host, there when we needed, and even brought us vegan cookies, which was such a lovely gesture and much appreciated! We stayed for a week but would love to return and stay longer!"

"This apartment is a bit out of town but has amazing views and is right on a cheap bus route. There is a lovely bakery a short walk away and we ate out on the terrace under the orange tree watching the world go by and the cruise liners in the bay.The air conditioning works well and is really quiet. Some of the furnishings are a little tired but we found the price good value, excellent bathrooms and shower. The owner was super helpful and quick to respond.
