「Emil was a most gracious host, helpful but unobtrusive. The place was clean, comfortable and pretty much exactly as described. The only drawback for me was that I didn't realize when I rented it that it was on the ground floor. I prefer not to be on the ground floor in places like this. Other than that, it was perfect for my needs.」

「Die Beschreibung des Apartments ist sehr irreführend. Es handelt sich um ein Apartment, in dem 2 Zimmer vermietet sind und man sich Küche und Aufenthaltsraum teilt, wie eine WG. Die Zimmer Einrichtung ist spartanisch,die Küche ist vernünftig ausgestattet. Lage ist gut. Kommunikation ebenso.」

「Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die Sauberkeit - sowohl der Villa als auch der gesamten Anlage. Ein traumhafter Urlaub und die Unterkunft ist bedingungslos zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist in zweiter Reihe zum Strand in Jambiani - man kann super zu Fuß abends außerhalb essen gehen. Tagsüber waren wir aber am Pool und nicht am Meer. Da Sansibar doch vergleichsweise groß ist, muss man mit entsprechenden Fahrtzeiten rechnen, wenn man Ausflüge unternimmt. Dies wäre aber...

The master bedroom bathroom needs a new door and the linen need new sheets There were only 3 towels for three people The bathroom had a few bugs and there was no instruction sheet on how to use the appliances Tv programming was limited Overall it was adequate for our needs 」
