"The room condition is average. It will be good if there is a round of painting and also clean up the fridge, the kitchen as well as get rid of the ants in the toilet. The aircon is strong which is good. The kettle is working but take a long time to boil. The water pressure is good but the water heater can only provide moderately hot water. "Ocean view priceless. Interior of the house is nice. Location is good, privacy. Communication of checking in not stated in expedia. Caught off fuard that we need to call first to receive inatruction. Security at the reception totally lost and bot ablw to help. To avoid hassle, contact the owner before checking in. "Staff super friendly, interior no maintenance looks dull, blanket and toilet are dull too, beside these all is good, breakfast is good, pool is good and we enjoyed the stay! They just need to do well maintenance will do. As for location is not bad as the golden prawn seafood is 5min walk, and 6min walk to D’Sands and some new restaurants are nearby. "
