"The service of shuttle bus to KLIA terminal 1 was terrible. I asked the front desk for shuttle service and told them my flight to China will depart at 2pm. The receptionist recommended to me to take the shuttle at 12pm. I asked her if it was too late and she assured me the time was enough. I left the hotel on Jun 13, shuttle bus of 12pm. The shuttle driver kept hanging around the bus and showed no urgency. He then stopped to drop passengers at the mall and dropped me at arrival side of terminal. I had to run carrying my suitcases and seriously hurt my back. I was late to check in and had to jump through hoops to get to gate. When asked for help to speed up, the driver called his manager who rather kept repeating it was not their fault. It was such a stressful experience and I hurt my back carting bags on staircase to climb to 3rd floor- departure hall. I can’t believe the hotel / shuttle staffs did nothing to support while it were them who asked me to take the late shuttle. On top of that shuttled driver kept wasting time on chit-chatting with those who got off at the shopping mall. Terrible attitude."
