Booked a water villa for the New Year celebration and had a wonderful stay. The villa was cozy yet felt very luxurious, with a beautiful private pool that I used throughout the day. Because of that, I often needed extra towels and floor towels, and housekeeping was excellent. They were very responsive and always provided everything I needed. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, a relaxing and memorable experience.

Great place to relax

Great place to relax, from the receptionist’s to the F&B, security all the staff are friendly and polite. I arrived at breakfast when they’d just set up, plenty of choice, teh is very weak and the hot dishes were cold, especially the hash browns. Overall a present stay.

ive been coming here every year for the 9th year now, the room and private pool is so convenient for a lazy holiday target. breakfast was nice. staff was very helpful and always available for you when you call the lobby for assistance even at night

Enjoyable stay

Location of the hotel is great, near to the beach and amenities. I love the pool in the room. The room is clean and tidy. I feel very welcoming when i checked in. In addition, all the staffs are very friendly and approachable. I had a great time staying in Grand Lexis

A tired looking resort propped up by its staff

This hotel feels like stepping back in time to the 1990s. It is tired and outdated. The staff and service levels are excellent, and the facilities are decent, but the hotel cannot exist purely on the excellence of its people. If you just need to chill out for a day or two, then it should fit the bill but I wouldn't be looking to stay any longer than that, if I were you.

Cool place to stay

The location of the place was fantastic. My son came across nails floating in the private room pool. Room floor was not cleaned there was fair bit of hair on the floor and the shower. Other than that the staff was excellent. In the night we requested for some mosquito repellent and was provided in no time.

Kids having fun at the private pool. Food was okay. Room was very clean. Good housekeeping. Friendly staff. Helpfulness is tiptop. Fast buggy service but maybe cus there were less during my visit. Clean area. Oh my grandma is an amputee with no leg so they are very careful around her and made sure my grandma is safely in the room, also rode the buggy and very very very carefully driven. So I was impressed.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Grand Lexis Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and the attention and friendliness towards our children were incredible. The staff went out of their way to make sure our kids felt right at home. They even received a special welcome package, and everywhere we went, they were greeted with a smile. The family-friendly facilities at the hotel are top-notch. The private pools were a wonderful bonus, allowing us to enjoy time with our kids in complete privacy and relaxation. There were plenty of activities for the children, from play areas to organized games and workshops. The staff made sure our kids always had something fun to do and were enjoying themselves. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean, with excellent amenities. The entire hotel exuded luxury and comfort while maintaining a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. In short, Grand Lexis Hotel is the perfect destination for families with children. We felt incredibly welcomed, and our kids had the time of their lives. We will definitely be coming back!

Short trip

Stayed one night at the garden view pool villa and was quite disappointed with it. Hotel corresponded to me after my booking and acknowledged that I will need a baby cot and will provide it in my room. Arrived the hotel at 12.30pm and was told that I could not check-in early which was understandable. After 45mins of wait, was told that a room of my booking is available and will need 1hour to get the room ready for my stay. I went for lunch outside and was back at 2.45pm, was told that the room was still not ready. Waited again and at 3.20pm when my wife complained about the previous agreement of one hour were we given a room immediately. Room looks old and my wife had insects bites on her legs after a night of sleep. We settled our dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Service was average, food was average as well.
