My partner and I had a magical stay at the Sira last week. The whole staff, and in particular our Butler Ein, made us feel so welcome and looked after during the stay, including creating some special moments to recognise our anniversary. The facilities were incredible, and the food was outstanding. We would love an opportunity to return at some stage and would recommend the resort highly.

The Sira is without doubt the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. All the staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive to all our needs. Our room was large with a large balcony and brilliant sea views across the bay to Gilli Air. The three restaurants were first class and served an excellent variety of food, whether it was for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We had a very relaxing massage at the spa and we used the well equipped gym. My travelling companion also very much enjoyed the sauna and took part in one of the yoga sessions. I enjoyed swimming in both the pools at the hotel. All in all we couldn’t fault the hotel or its staff and look forward to returning.

An Absolute Gem in Lombok! Te sira Lombok is pure magic! The views are breathtaking and the atmosphere is incredibly serene, but what truly sets it apart is the experience. The culinary journey here is a standout. The food and drinks are a brilliant fusion, masterfully using the freshest local ingredients and traditional tastes while weaving in a sophisticated international influence. The cocktails were especially fantastic, creatively inspired by local fruits and spices, making each one a delicious and unique treat. Every meal felt both authentically Indonesian and wonderfully innovative. Even more impressive is the service. The staff are the heart of this place, embodying the warm, genuine local culture. Every interaction is filled with profound respect, kindness, and that famous Lombok hospitality, making you feel completely welcomed and genuinely cared for. It's the perfect place to unwind and experience the true beauty of Lombok in every sense. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

Had a wonderful stay at The Sira. Everything was excellent from arrival to departure. The staff was warm, attentive, and always willing to help. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. Our room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, a great experience and we would happily recommend The Sira to anyone visiting Lombok.

Wir haben eine fantastische Woche im The Sira verbringen dürfen! Vom Moment unserer Ankunft, bis zur Abreise gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Alle Mitarbeiter sind extrem bemüht und vor allem ehrlich freundlich. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen und sofern etwas benötigt wurde, Das Essen ist großartig und abwechslungsreich. Allerdings empfiehlt sich, wenn man ein gutes Angebot findet, Voll- oder Halbpension, da die Speisen doch recht hochpreisig sind. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder in dieses Hotel fahren!

Prachtig hotel, vrij nieuw, ligging erg geisoleerd , niets verder echt in buurt ook niet op strand. Behalve hotelfaciliteiten natuurlijk. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Vond het ontbijt voor hotel van dit niveau tegenvallen. A la carte maar was niet echt heel smaakvol, ook niet Aziatische gerechten, Minuscuul buffetje met wat yoghurt en fruit en wat random dingen zoals gesneden stokbrood. Maar dan geen ham, kaas (wel jam geloof ik). Heb in meerdere hotels betere keuzes gehad. En wat kleine issues zoals ene keer turndown service om 18.00 (kom je terug in kamer en alle gordijnen dicht) en andere keer belden ze om 22.00 aan. Bijzonder. Kleine issues zoals lang duren handdoeken, restaurant/bar zwembad gaat op enig moment gewoon dicht, althans werd verzocht af te rekenen. Er zit hier en daar wel wat verbetering in. Fijn is bootje die je naar eilanden kan brengen, kan zowel via hotel als naast hotel (goedkoper). Grab komt er niet, kunt eigenlijk alleen via hotel vervoer regelen en is voor vrijwel alles nodig want niets in de buurt (atm, supermarkt, andere restaurants). Dus samengevat: mooi gebouw en uitzicht, uitstekende service inclusief zeer betrokken persoonlijke butler maar heb betere resorts in deze klasse gehad.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit großartigem Service und perfekter Ort zum Entspannen Das Sira ist ein wunderschönes Hotel. Die gesamte Anlage ist stilvoll, modern und sehr gepflegt. Alles wirkt durchdacht, sauber und einfach angenehm ruhig. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Team. Der Service ist aufmerksam, herzlich und sehr professionell - genau die richtige Mischung aus Freundlichkeit und Zurückhaltung. Auch das Essen war hervorragend. Frisch, kreativ und sehr geschmackvoll zubereitet. Jede Mahlzeit hat wirklich Freude gemacht. Die Betten sind außergewöhnlich komfortabel, und die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel ist absolut makellos. Insgesamt ein großartiger Ort zum Entspannen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Hervorragendes Hotel, jedoch ist außen herum gar nichts. Man kann nicht außerhalb der Anlage laufen. Das Frühstück wird nach karte bestellt und es dauert sehr lange, bis man sein Essen erhält
